By completing the application form and submitting it to the organizer of the marketing event (hereinafter — the User), I provide the persons listed below with:

consent (hereinafter — the Consent) to the joint or independent automated and non-automated processing of my personal data for the purpose of conducting advertising and marketing activities.

1. The Operators shall be entitled to process my personal data using automation means by way of the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, alteration), retrieval, receipt, matching (comparison), merging (linking), use, transfer (provision, granting of access), blocking, deletion and destruction, comprising:

   • a) surname, first name;
   • b) telephone number;
   • c) e-mail address;
   • d) information on position held (if applicable);
   • e) information on the company and the company’s website (if applicable).
2. For the purposes of achieving the stated objective, the Operator shall be entitled to engage third parties (including by entrusting processing), which may include:

   1. providers of information interaction services (including via Internet resources and means of communication), including Tilda Publishing JSC (PSRN 1247700830354, TIN 9707041449, postal address: 127051, Moscow, Tsvetnoy Blvd, 21, bld. 1, P.O. Box 44), MTS PJSC (109147, Moscow, Marxistskaya St., 4, bld. 1, PSRN 1027700149124).
   2. providers of marketing interaction services, including but not limited to:
      — Yandex LLC (registered address: 119021, Moscow, Lva Tolstogo St., 16; TIN: 7736207543, KPP: 770401001, PSRN 1027700229193); VK LLC (registered address: 125167, Moscow, intra-city territory Khoroshevsky Municipal District, Leningradsky Ave., 39, bld. 79; TIN: 7743001840, KPP: 771401001, PSRN 1027739850962); Index 20 Advertising Agency LLC (registered address: 117105, Moscow, Varshavskoye Highway, 9, bld. 1, premises B, part of room 38).
   3. data processing centres located in the territory of the Russian Federation: MTS PJSC (Moscow, 1st Dorozhny Passage, 3, bld. 2, PSRN 1027700149124) and other entities affiliated with MTS PJSC.
3. The Consent shall remain in effect from the date of its provision until the purpose of processing is achieved or until withdrawal of consent is received, unless another period of processing of personal data is provided for by applicable legislation or by an agreement between myself and the Operator.
4. Withdrawal of Consent to the processing of personal data may be effected by the User sending a corresponding instruction in simple written form to the e-mail address compliance@buzzoola.com.
5. I understand that detailed information on the processing of personal data by each of the Operators is contained in the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the website of the relevant Operator.
